Growth is at the heart of everything Sir Rod Aldridge believes.
In 2006, he formed the Aldridge Foundation, a Charitable Trust which creates social change and community regeneration opportunities through entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial education. In 2016 the Foundation established a Multi-Academy Trust, Aldridge Education, a family of academy schools in England. This was driven by the belief that everyone deserves access to good education, one that provides skills and qualifications that instil confidence and prepare students for the challenges of life.
Sir Rod Aldridge is an entrepreneur with over 40 years’ experience in the public, private and voluntary sectors.
The family is united by its shared passion for unlocking growth by generating wealth with a purpose.
